Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, the following refund policy applies to our products:
Credit Card Sales on Telephone Orders:
When a sale is made, your credit card will be charged the same day.
For customer courtesy, a confirmation letter will be sent out the following business day including the magazines in your order and our contact information.
When your card is charged, the publishers are paid in full for the complete term of your subscription; therefore we will not process any refunds or cancellations after your credit card is charged.
However, we are happy to transfer any subscription for you at any time to any other magazine of equal or lesser value.
